SITE USE & TERMS
The Site facilitates online shopping and purchases. However, certain actions are prohibited, including (a) using our sites if you are unable to form legally binding contracts, under 18 years of age, or temporarily or indefinitely suspended from using our sites; (b) mining or gathering users' Personal Information; (c) manipulating item prices or interfering with the Website's operation; and (d) taking any action that may damage the rating system.
To complete the signup process on our site, providing your full legal name, current address, valid email address, and other required information is necessary. You must be 18 years of age or older and are responsible for keeping your password secure. You may not transmit any harmful code, worms, or viruses.
PAYMENTS AND INVOICE PROCESSING
GNZ Patches outlines the terms of payment, requiring payment to be received before processing an order. Accepted payment methods include credit card, PayPal, or electronic check, with invoices due within the specified time period. Custom product production commences upon payment receipt, and GNZ Patches retains the right to cancel or refuse orders. GNZ Patches is not liable for pricing errors and reserves the right to correct such errors. Late penalty fees may apply for overdue amounts.
REFUND POLICY
Undamaged products can be returned within 30 days for a full refund, excluding bulk orders. Custom product orders exceeding 100 pieces are considered bulk orders and may not be eligible for refunds. Minor variations in handmade products are considered normal. If defective, items are remade at no cost, with a production time of 15-20 days, unless otherwise agreed.
CANCELLATION FEE
A 5% cancellation fee applies to credit card cancellations, covering associated processing costs. No cancellation fee is applied for check or money order payments.
RISK OF LOSS
Goods purchased from our website follow a consignment contract, with the risk of loss and title passing to you upon delivery to the carrier.
PRODUCT PRICING & DESCRIPTIONS
The displayed Price List reflects the full retail price or estimated value. We do not guarantee product descriptions' accuracy and reserve the right to correct errors.
ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF RIGHTS
By using this website, the Buyer asserts ownership rights to registered trademarks and copyrighted content within their artwork. The Buyer releases and indemnifies GNZ Patches from claims related to artwork use.
EDITING, DELETING AND MODIFICATION
GNZ Patches may edit, delete, or modify terms at its discretion, with your continued participation constituting acceptance. Fraudulent activities will be monitored, and costs arising from fraudulent activities are your responsibility.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
GNZ Patches is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed USD2,000 or the total product price. We make no warranties and disclaim liability for interruptions or errors on the site.
DELAY ON ORDER DELIVERY
GNZ Patches is dedicated to timely delivery but is not responsible for delays due to customs, shipping, or client changes to orders.
CONFIDENTIALITY
Information received from us or clients must not be disclosed. Customer information is confidential.
MISCELLANEOUS
This Agreement is governed by US laws, with disputes submitted to Illinois courts. The entire agreement is incorporated herein. Your rights are non-transferable, and we may assign this Agreement at any time. Invalid provisions are deemed inapplicable to the extent permitted by law, with the remaining terms remaining valid and enforceable.
